Bristol Heights is a newer neighborhood in south-central Idaho Falls, south of Sunnyside Road and east of Park Avenue, with its entrance off Park Avenue. Local neighborhood guides date the first division to 2005 and the last to 2015, so homes here are generally newer than the older Sunnyside streets but already have established yards.
The typical Bristol Heights home is a one-story rambler with an open floor plan, a full basement, a three-car garage and a fenced yard, on a lot of roughly a quarter to a third of an acre.
