Castlerock Homes has served Southeast Idaho since 2013 and has built hundreds of custom and production homes, per its website. Founder Josh Higley is a third-generation builder with a lifetime of construction and real estate experience. Its office is in Idaho Falls.

Castlerock builds from two plan collections: the Signature Series (Spec 1 through Spec 6, roughly 2,800 to 3,500 sq ft) and the Luxury Series (plans such as the Bedford, Edinburgh and Warwick). It also builds custom homes.
