About Hapco prices: Hapco's FAQ says prices vary with the floor plan and finishes, and it gives custom quotes after a questionnaire and a line-by-line cost breakdown. Ask Jacob to help you compare bids.
Hapco Construction is a custom home builder founded by Connor Johnson, who named the company after his grandfather, Hap Johnson. Connor earned a construction management degree from Brigham Young University, started as an estimator in commercial construction and later worked for a large Utah home builder before starting Hapco.
Hapco serves Rigby, Iona, Idaho Falls, Ammon and Shelley. Every project gets a dedicated project manager and schedule updates through an app, and Hapco gives updated cost breakdowns throughout the build; if it finds savings, the money goes back to you or toward an upgrade. Hapco doesn't draw plans itself but works with several architects and drafters, and its in-house design team can help with selections. The construction loan is usually in your name, with Hapco taking draws as work is completed. Hapco has shown homes in the Parade of Homes, including The Legacy, The Midway Haven and The Gem Harbor.
