Liberty Homes is a family-owned, locally run builder in the Ammon and Idaho Falls area that has been building homes for more than 15 years, per its website. It calls itself “Eastern Idaho's custom home builder.”

Liberty lists 22 floor plans, from about 1,214 to 2,412 finished sq ft, each shown as 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Every plan can be customized: taller ceilings, moved walls, extra bedrooms, and a third-car garage can be added to any plan. Plans under 1,400 finished sq ft have to be built on land you provide.
