Where is Ivy Wood?
Ivy Wood is the same neighborhood I cover on my Ivywood neighborhood page (Rockwell spells it "Ivy Wood"; locals and my site use "Ivywood"). It's on the south side of Idaho Falls in Bonneville County, and Rockwell's current move-in-ready homes there sit on Montezuma St, Millbrook Dr, and Bronson Dr with Idaho Falls 83402 addresses. Rockwell describes single-family homes with open floor plans, large windows, and many unfinished basements ready for future finishing. This page covers the Rockwell homes and prices in Ivywood; for daily life, HOA context, and nearby neighborhoods, start with Living in Ivywood.

Plan starting prices are from each plan's page on rockwellhomes.net. Rockwell's community pages themselves don't show a "from" price.
The land and lot caveat
Before you compare a plan price to a budget, read this line from Rockwell's FAQ: "In some cases, land is included in the final price of the home. While in other cases, we need to add for land." So a plan's starting price may or may not include the lot. I get the all-in price for the specific lot, plan, garage size, and options in writing before you commit.
What's not included in the base price
- Landscaping and fencing: Rockwell's FAQ says they "are not included in the base price, but are options that can be added into the final price of the home."
- Basement finish: most Rockwell basements are left unfinished. The FAQ says "We do not come back after construction is complete to finish a basement," so if you want it finished by Rockwell, raise it early.
- Features and finishes: Rockwell builds to price points, so confirm exactly which features are in the home you're buying.
Ivy Wood HOA
$200 per year plus a $75 one-time setup fee, per Rockwell's community page (source), as of Sep 2026. I'll pull the covenants (CC&Rs) so you know the rules before you buy.
Schools near Ivy Wood
Rockwell doesn't publish assigned schools for Ivy Wood, and I don't have a sourced school assignment to share here. School boundaries don't always follow city lines, so I'll confirm the district and assigned schools for the exact address before you write an offer.
Commute from Ivy Wood to INL
To INL's Research and Education Campus in Idaho Falls: about 9.6 miles, roughly 18 minutes without traffic. Method: driving route from Rockwell's own community map pin (from its website data) to INL's Energy Innovation Laboratory at 775 MK Simpson Blvd on INL's Research and Education Campus in Idaho Falls (off University Blvd), using the OpenStreetMap-based OSRM router, calculated Sep 29, 2026. It's a no-traffic estimate; your time depends on your lot, your building, the season, and rush hour.
Headed to the desert Site instead? INL says the 890-square-mile INL Site is approximately 50 miles west of Idaho Falls via US-20, and many Site employees ride INL buses from park-and-ride lots, so the drive from your driveway to your assigned lot is the number that matters. I break that down in my INL relocation guide.
Bring your own agent: a free advocate on your side
Rockwell makes touring easy. Its FAQ says "We will check you out a key and give you a list of available homes that you can view with or without a salesman," and some homes offer self-guided tours. That convenience means many buyers walk in on their own, without representation. Rockwell's sales team represents Rockwell. Your own agent is there for you: negotiating incentives, reviewing the purchase contract, arranging independent pre-drywall and final inspections, checking grading and drainage, confirming whether the lot is included, and helping with your warranty walkthrough.
Rockwell welcomes it, too. The same FAQ says: "If you are working with one that has referred you to us, we would love to work with them to help you get your new home." For the full buyer checklist, read Touring Rockwell? Read this first.
Having me on your side costs you nothing, because in my experience working with Rockwell, Rockwell pays the buyer's agent when the agent introduces the buyer. That comes from my own firsthand experience with Rockwell, not a policy Rockwell publishes, so I'll confirm how it applies to your purchase before you sign anything.
Tour Ivy Wood with Jacob
Rockwell will pay your realtor. Text Jacob to set up a tour or a video walkthrough. Text 208-821-6217.
My recommendation: bring me before or at your first visit, so I can introduce you and be on your side from day one. That's my advice for getting the most out of having an agent, not a Rockwell rule. You can also connect with me here to set up your Ivy Wood tour.
