Rockwell Homes has cut prices on 13 move-in-ready and under-construction homes in Ivy Wood (Idaho Falls) and North Village (Ammon). According to Snake River MLS data pulled on October 13, 2026, the cuts range from $3,000 to $15,500 (0.72% to 3.73%), and every one happened on either October 2 or October 12. Below is my take on each home and what it means for buyers.

What Dropped: The Quick Numbers

• Homes reduced: 13 active Rockwell listings in Rockwell’s named subdivisions
• Ivy Wood, Idaho Falls: 9 reduced homes, cuts of $3,000 to $11,500
• North Village, Ammon: 4 reduced homes, cuts of $3,000 to $15,500
• Timing: 7 cuts on 10/2/2026 and 6 cuts on 10/12/2026
• Current prices: $339,000 to $435,500
• Biggest cut: 3073 Elixir Road, Ammon, down $15,500 (3.73%)

Four other active Rockwell homes had no price reduction when I checked: 3187 Riata Lane (Ammon), 3102 Blue Muse Road (Ammon), 7154 S Branston Ave (Idaho Falls), and 1227 Montezuma St (Idaho Falls). Most of these cuts are modest. Think of them as a little more room to negotiate, not a fire sale.
